Welcome to the Sea Ports & Terminals Customer Feedback Survey

 

Ports & Terminals Agencies in Nigeria have developed Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) to guide their personnel, stakeholders and users of their services in order to reduce the risk of corruption and improve vessel and cargo clearance efficiency. This survey seeks to elicit feedback from service users on how well these objectives are being achieved.

This survey is conducted by The Convention on Business Integrity in collaboration with the Maritime Anti-Corruption Network and the Nigerian Shippers Council. Thank you for participating in our survey. Your feedback is important to us. Individual input will only be visible to MACNs local partner, The Convention on Business Integrity (CBI), and not shared with authorities. However, it was a request from the authorities that even if they don’t see individual results CBI must be able to confirm that it is "real companies" providing input and therefore this survey is not completely anonymous.
