CBI-OXFAM Gender Study Report

There is so much that can be achieved in terms of economic development when we grant our women opportunities to close the gender gap.
CBI recently carried out a study on the situation of women’s participation in certain agricultural value chains, and discovered that contrary to the United Nations Women Empowerment Principles (UN-WEP) call for Equal Opportunity, what women really need is Equity.
The report based on this study is titled “Equity First, Equality Next: Towards Closing the Opportunity Gap for Women in Agriculture in Nigeria”, and is available to download and share.
