Clearing Agent (CA): For Clearing Agent

1. The Clearing Agent (CA) approaches the Exit Note Desk (END) and provides the following documents:
1. The copy of DTI declaration; and
2. PTML Biometric Access Card.

Exit Note Print Desk (ENPD): For Clearing Agent

1. Receive documents (DTI and PTML Card) from CA
2. Prints the Exit Note for the CA.

Protocol Desk (PD): For Clearing Agent

1. Receive documents from (CA)
1. PTML Biometric Card
2. ID/CAC Certificate of Incorporation of receiver
3. Original Bill of lading
2. Print the Protocol (Proforma Invoice)
3. Return the Protocol to CA.

Cashier: For Clearing Agent

1. Receive Protocol (Proforma invoice) and payment
2. Issue Cashier Receipt/Delivery Order
3. Return Receipt/Delivery Order to CA
4. Forward Receipt/Delivery Order to PD

Terminal Delivery Process: For Clearing Agent

1. Clearing Agents
1. Upon receipt of the Cashier Receipt/Delivery Order from the Cashier, CA gets the Exit Note (stamped and signed by customs) as a prove of completion of Customs Clearance;
2. Present Exit Note (stamped and signed by Customs) and Receipt/Delivery Order to Terminal Delivery Desk.
2. Terminal Delivery Desk (TDD)
1. Receipt documents from Clearing Agent:
1. Cashier Receipt/Delivery Order
2. Exit Note (stamped and signed by Customs)/Customs Disk
3. PTML Biometric Card
2. Print TDOs & ATLs
3. Return TDO & ATL to CA
1. Handover TDO & ATL to Delivery/Security staff located in the stacking area and at Delivery gate area.

Delivery Clerk at Stacking Area: For Clearing Agent

1. Terminal delivery drivers take the vehicle to buffer area where RoRo units are handed over to CA after security checks for confirmation of chassis number against document.
