The Integrity Pact for Senegal
This project was birthed from the realization that there is a need to establish an Integrity Pact binding on Private Sector and the Senegalese government authorities (customs duties and Tax buy in of all stakeholders; authorities) to eradicate corruption, one that meets international best practices in doing business and good governance.
The Integrity Pact favors sensitization and prevention more and this marks an important standards meant to assess the business process and deliver the change in the approach of fighting corruption. The customs duties and certificate of integrity in an independent and transparent process to the tax authorities, who already had separate codes of conduct and ethics, stakeholders have voluntarily accepted to be stakeholders in the Integrity Pact.

The goals of this project are:

- To develop and design a certification system according to international standards meant to assess the business process and deliver the certificate of integrity in an independent and transparent process to the stakeholders
- Train independent compliance Officers who will assist the companies in implementing the agreements and certifying the companies
